The highlight of my experience was the opportunity to book a private chef, a concept that piqued my curiosity as an eco-tourism advocate who often explores traditional culinary practices. Mimmo, the knowledgeable host, crafted an exquisite menu tailored to my preferences, showcasing the island's fresh ingredients and local flavors. The dining atmosphere was intimate yet relaxed, allowing for moments of connection over well-presented dishes. I particularly enjoyed the tender seafood, which was expertly cooked and reminded me of the Himalayan grace in the simplicity of ingredients. Breakfast was included, and it featured a selection of local pastries that provided a hearty start to the day, enabling me to embark on my adventures with renewed energy. The combination of personalized service and remarkable cuisine makes it a noteworthy destination for those seeking a memorable getaway.
